About LU Case Day
Lund University Case Academy (LUCA) organizes since 2014 a local conference each year, LU Case Day, to share experiences and contribute to development of teaching and learning practices in:
- The Harvard case method
- Project-based learning
- Problem-based learning
All teachers, researchers and PhD-students who take active part in teaching are welcome to the LU Case Day 2017!
Programme 26–27 April
Workshop: Active learning with flipped classroom and the case method
26 April 13.15–16.30

Participation in this workshop includes some preparatory study that will be sent to participants in advance.
Lecture: To manage and lead students in their learning processes
27 April 8.30–10.00
Guest lecture by Gwyneth Edwards, HEC Montreal
Presentations by participants
27 April 10.30–12.00
We invite abstracts (max 300 words) for presentations by participants. The abstracts should concern case-based student active learning in any of the forms mentioned above. Selection is based on potential interest for the LUCA participants, broad representation from the university, and novelty.

A registration form will be available in January at the Faculty of Medicine's internal website. Save the date!
It is possible to register for both days, or for one of them. The number of participants is limited to 40. The participating faculties and schools are granted a number of seats. Beyond that early registration has priority.
